Quarter not set as rest zone in Bendir, rest capped at 50%

Can't rest beyond 50% in my newly bought quarter.

Surface server, screenshot should have all the details like exact area name.

quarters are not like inns, they max out at 50% while inns have no max

Well, all other quarters I had in past had 90% rest limit. And the things have beds, meant to be places where people live. Why wouldnt they be rest zones?

This is no bug, since not all quarters are set at 90% rest zones indeed. It's a feature.
