Where: PGCC
The Arelith wiki states that divine champion gets heavy armor proficiency. But taking it on PGCC (when one does not already have the feat) does not grant it.

Are we reading same thing?Proficiencies: armor (light, medium), shields, weapons (martial, simple)

Wiki does not infact state they get it as an initial specialisation.
They are however able to take it as a bonus feat.
