(Greater) Shadow Conjuration - Summon Shadow

Description:
Greater Shadow Conjuration and Shadow Conjuration Summon Shadow is not summoning shadows any more

Steps to reproduce:
Memorize GSC or SC , rest, attempt to cast Summon Shadow from either version of the spell

Expected result:
Two or Three shadows appear based on the version of the spell (Greater Shadow Conjuration or Shadow Conjuration

Actual result:
Nothing is summoned, but visuals for casting and combat log both report the spell as cast.

Misc Notes:
Other versions of the spell tested appear to work as intended. Tested SC Mage Armor and Mestils Acid Breath as well as GSC Stoneskin and Flame Arrow.

Tested on Surface and Distant Shores with same results

Also confirming this, just tried to cast it, didn't work.
Other people on the test server also tried it, with no effect.

FWIW I tried with an illusion domain cleric on regular server and a warlock on the test server and same thing, no shadows summoned.

Looks like this has been disabled since October 13th. I will work with the individual to determine if its meant to be re-enabled and will touch back.
