Fearless Feat giving poison saves also

Description of Bug Experienced:

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Take BG/Cav/Paladin levels to get Fearless feat +X

Expected Result:
+X to saves vs fear

Actual Result:
Appear to also get +X saves to Poison

Damn you Kalopsia, yes i have 10 your going to tell me that spellcraft effects the casted poison but not the on hit poison?

Yup! It's an engine thing. Any saving throw attached to a spell script (like the Poison spell) will use Spellcraft for immediate effects. The regular NWN on hit poison property doesn't have a spell script, so spellcraft doesn't apply here :)
