Dream Tree broken

There is a druidic dream tree (FOIG) which one should be able to sit under, slumber and find them selfs where they are suppose to be. Currently its not working and not taking you anywhere.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Go to the dream tree and try to slumber under it, i.e. activate it (again FOIG). It does nothing.

Expected result
-----------------------
(FOIG) it should work as intended.

Actual result
-------------------
Nothing

Then there is a problem with my character specific, I am Druid 3, Monk 3, Ranger 1

Been a while for me, but isn't the tree bound by some sort of alignment restriction and/or specific amount of druid levels?

You need 5 druid or ranger last I tried.

Yea that seems to be the issue.
