Greyport does not provide 'Food' increase even while Food Service is active. Saslae has been being ripped off by Duergar food delivery services and is contemplating murder.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Win Election in Greyport.
Activate Food Services in Greyport.
Walk into any area of Greyport.
Wait for a Tick.
Expected Result:
Food stat of players goes up.
Actual Result:
Food stat does not go up.
