Description
Sometimes, I find a generated item that didn't get any properties and is named something like "tier2m Generated Loot Item".

Steps to reproduce
Not sure how other than to get some of these items from chests/monsters. Most loot items are generated properly, so it might take several tries to get an incorrect one. The cloak in the screenshot is from a chest.

Expected result
Get a generated loot item with some random qualities

Actual result
Sometimes get a blank item named "tier2m Generated Loot Item".

when I opened it, there was a belt named "tier 2m generated loot item".

Description of Bug Experienced:
A treasure chest at the top of the Viper Monastery contained a cloak labeled "Tier1h Generated Loot Item and later on towards the bottom a ring with the same name appeared in another chest.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Open box, lament the cruelty of coding. Sadly, no way to reproduce it, just unfortunate happenstance.

Expected Result:
An actual item.

Actual Result:
Non-generated item and a chuckle.


Additional Information/Notes
Both items were obtained in the same run but at different points of the dungeon in separate maps; One in the chest after the Elemental boss and the other in a chest behind one of the Master minibosses in the maze. I don't remember which of the three, probably Gold.

Major overhaul to the "Magical item" loot generation system.
This will result in a couple things:
-Notably more tailored items, It will now prioritise:
* Skills above 1/3 your levels max investment potential.
* Your highest attribute. (Singular)
* Of note, prioritise does not mean guarantee and some forms of generation do not care what or who you are still.

-Universal save has been added to the pool of "attribute" slot generation.

-Expect to see ongoing work/properties added with this in the near future.

-This should also bring an end to the "tier1h lgen" garbage people have been finding.

Description of Bug Experienced:

The opposite is occurring of what the update intended to do. My character's lowest stat is 10 con and 80% of the items that are dropping are con items. the last 4 items that have dropped have been con items. No one else in my party.

It is prioritising it, not guaranteeing it.
Constitution is as likely as your primary attribute because of how universally desired it is.

RNG does not care for our desires.
