Issues with making Avariels

[Turn the Tide]

When I try to create an avariel, I get to pick my bloodline. I pick my additional gifts. I get no dialogue options about wings. Wings do not appear upon creation.

Steps to reproduce

Create character.
Pick award.
Award subrace.
Avariel.
Picked my bloodline.
Picked my height.
Picked my gifts.

Expected result
-----------------------
Options to customize my wings

Actual result
-------------------
Nothing of the sorts, it also appears as "Moon Elf" in the PC's description

Avariel and Aasimar aren't the same thing :)
You likely selected Aasimar, hence the bloodline selection.
