Property plaque not accessible

There is a property where the plaque for it is inaccessible. No matter what one does, one cannot click on it.


Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
1. Go to property
2. Locate plaque (not an easy thing to do)
3. Attempt to click on plaque


Expected result
-----------------------
Interaction with plaque, advising who owns it, or allowing for purchase, etc.


Actual result
-------------------
Character moves about trying to access it, unable to do so.

Misc Notes

Also, using -makesafe in the property puts one in the bedroom, behind the second locked door with the storage chest. This allows people to bypass security through the use of an OOC mechanic.

Do you see the picture I put up? The bit that is highlighted "The Tower"? That's the property sign.

There's none inside, and no other sign anywhere else. I checked for an HOUR. And got other folk to help me look.
