Elemental stats nerfed via server transition?

I am a conjurer with ESF conjuration. I summoned a monolithic earth elemental in the Brog port, fed him with potions of strength and endurance, and then used teleport granted by GSF transmutation to Sibayad's outskirts. On arrival I discovered some of the stats of my elemental Massively nerfed. (seen on the screenshot) And I'm confused what could be the reason:



Use -teleport into a location on another server(distant shores in my case) with monolithic earth elemental summoned:


Statistics of the elemental wouldn't change through the transition:

In seems that transition rips the summon of the bonuses provided by the spell foci. Resummoned one had the correct stats

The interesting part is that it only affected Monolithic elemental. Other summons endure the transition just fine, at least before
