Undead Caster Level problem with Pale Master

Description of Bug Experienced:

I made a character to be an undead summoner. Chose Hexblade as base class and later Palemaster. My current level was Hexblade 3 Palemaster 2 when i noticed the bug. My summons, despite the extra number from Palemaster summon feat (2 summons for animate dead, 3 summons for summon undead that i tested later) were still tier 1 undeads, zombies.

In Palemaster Wikia, is stated specifically that "Pale Master levels also add directly to any arcane base class (Bard, Hexblade, Shadow Mage, Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard) for the Undead Caster Level".

In Summon Changes is stated specifically that "the Undead Caster Level is your highest individual casting class Cast Level (including additive Caster Level prestige classes like Palemaster and Loremaster where relevant, see the prestige class for more details)".

In the same Summon Changes page, is stated that at level 5, my undead tier should be 2, invoking "Tyrantfog Zombie"

Later, at level 7 with 3 levels in hexblade and 4 levels in palemaster, my summon tier was still tier 1.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:

Create a hexblade character, after level 3 start to progress as palemaster.


Expected Result:

Hexblade tier level should add to Palemaster level (or palemaster level should add to Hexblade level) to define undead caster level.


Actual Result:

Hexblade tier level is not adding to Palemaster level.

Additional Information/Notes

I presume that at lvl 3 and without access to any spell circle, hexblade isn't taken as a caster class by the game system, however this is just my assumption.

Based on the code, it doesn't look like Hexblade is considered in the undead summon tier additions. I'll discuss it with the team.

Can i know if based on the code, bards and warlocks are considered in the undead summon tier additions?

I intend to remake that character, anyway.

Code has been fixed to include Hexblade as they are enabled to qualify as pre-req for PM.
