Hexblade Curse Weapon Bugs

There are a couple of bugs I have been experiencing with Hexblades Curse weapon:

The Curse once applied persists in the damage bonus after the weapon is sheathed causing any physical attack to carry those damages, while this is not an issue in and of itself outside potential strangeness of a hexblade themselves being the weapon, it leads to the next issue.

When mining I have been unable to recover any resources while curse weapon is active. I have not attempted -dispel however when mining in most locations that course of action is unwise. without curse weapon active mining operates as expected.

Activity: Mining while curse weapon is active
Expected result: Obtaining Resources
Result: Not obtaining Resources, only tears
