When you target yourself with imbue weapon as a new player it gives a message saying you're restricted from taking this action.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Cast imbue weapon on self.
Expected Result:
Weapon is imbued.
Actual Result:
Rejected because of new player restrictions.

You can bypass this by casting it directly on the weapon itself, but this isn't something a new player might think to do.
