With my character that is high Sheriff of Guldorand I am unable to add new Nobles to the system, I am able to remove them.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:/u]
Speak to Elder Harmon of Guldorand, go to I wish to assign nobility select a name from the list and confirm making them nobility turning the name from red to Green
Expected Result:
The name will be added to the mechanical list of landed Nobles
Actual Result:
The name stays green in the internal list, but does not show up on the public list of landed Nobles.
