Casting Sustenance on magic potion bottles does nothing.

Steps to reproduce

Be a mage. Take Brew Potion feat. Learn Sustenance. Cast Sustenance on a stack of Magic Potion Bottles.

Expected result

Ten Sustenance potions

Actual result
-------------------

No Sustenance potions.

Try making a scroll and see if that works then.

The wand variant is intentionally disabled for Sustenance.

A fix is in the pipeline for potions. Note that the effectiveness of the potion is reduced by half.

I just tried to make a scroll of sustenance, it eats the charge of sustenance even if you have 20,000 gold on you, and does nothing. No failure feedback message, nothing. It just simply eats the charge and you do not benefit from it.

Not the greatest place for a balance discussion, but why?

If you have to drink 2 potions to get in another heal potion you've already lost that fight. Let alone 3-4.

The intention behind the Sustenance spell was more of a better food/water/coffee source than to allow more usage of Heal potions.

After more internal discussions with the team, we have decided that sustenance will increase both rest and sobriety by 10% if cast. The spell cast from items will not increase sobriety at all.

This is final, future changes to sobriety and/or potential new mechanics introduced notwithstanding.

In a few days when the server is reset and the fix is merged, Sustenance should be able to be brewed as potions or scribed as scrolls. Please keep the comments relevant to the bugs of this spell rather than the balance or intended functionalities.
