Description of Bug Experienced:
Upon hitting level 21 Swashbuckler (total level 30), unable to take Sail as an Epic Skill Focus upon reaching level 30.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Declining to complete level-up, and changing servers. Re-attempted, put Sail was not an available choice in the window to select epic skill focus. Verified that ESF: Sail had not previously been slected.
Expected Result:
Ability to take ESF: Sail
Actual Result:
Unable to select ESF: Sail.
