Adventure XP cap for Commoners
While I completely understand the need for an adventure XP cap, I'm really wary of the effect this will have on commoners.
There's literally only two sources of XP for commoners: fishing, and adventure XP dole-outs, the latter which are fed by crafting items for the first time. This means that, if I've accumulated more than 100k banked XP, it is actively in my disinterest to craft anything new until I've had more dole-outs, because that's XP that's going into the ether that is completely and totally unrecoverable.
Is there any way to make it possible to have a higher cap for Commoners, or none at all?

Thank you! I logged in to find out my commoner had lost 13k stored XP, which was seriously disheartening.

Commoners are having their cap removed.
Sorry to hear you lost that Xp.

Why does anyone have an adventure xp cap? The new system de-incentivizes itself because you now don't want a lot of adventure xp, why would you take writs that give you more adventure xp?

Can you clarify if this fix has already happened? There've been several updates this evening, but no mention of it in the announcements channel or reset announcements on the servers.Sincra wrote: Sun Feb 20, 2022 1:48 am Commoners are having their cap removed.
Sorry to hear you lost that Xp.
Also, is there any way I can petition to have the removed XP restored? Finding unique recipes to replace 13k worth of adventure XP is going to be really obnoxious.

Re: Adventure XP cap for Commoners
Apologies for the confusion.
It seems there was a minor hiccup in that we were double processing a crucial piece of data.
Consequently the output was giving '' when handing in quests.
The fix did go live, but then issues were made known to the team and we have spent a good hour or so crunching them.
I believe they are identified and should be fixed, but this will go through a more rigorous test process before being put back again.
I have PERSONALLY tested, with my fixes:
* Taking Quests
* Menu options
* Progressing Quests
* Handing in Quests
So far it is all functional, this includes a fix for the Skal quest giver's hand in trying to take more quests.
