"Oops! Please report it" message when talking to Registry

When I speak to registry agent, I just get an "End Dialog" option in the pop-up box. There is an "You've found a bug. Oops! Please report it." message in the dialog window. Happens on multiple characters on multiple registry agents.

My bad! Apparently I copy pasted the wrong bit over two of the fourteen files I had to edit.
