Greenseer's Masque and Rangers

Would it be unreasonable to allow rangers to craft this item? I wasn't able to find a any items in artwork for rangers except this one. It would be nice to have the single item they can actually use from artwork to be craftable by them - should one want to pick art crafting as a ranger.
