Risen Sun Heresy Paladin Bug

As a Paladin it would not let me choose the Risen Sun heresy as my deity, even though on the wiki it explicitly states that Paladins should be able to choose it as their religion.

Do you have gift of devotion? You need that to choose a heresy as a divine class.
