I'm not sure how I arrived at this bug, but I logged onto the server in the Flaming Fist Mercenary Building and tried to recruit the cleric NPC with 25 leadership requirement and it opened the dialogue as if I had enough leadership to recruit him, but it did not show the option to recruit him. My character had the required leadership skill points as well. (if my character didn't, the dialogue would not even show up)
My character is a level 13 Paladin, Lightfoot Halfling with 26 leadership skills points.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
I just logged in one day and tried to recruit the mercenary and the dialogue option to recruit was not available. I do not recall doing anything out of the ordinary when logging out prior to the bug. Nothing else that I'm aware of. Resting and relevelling do not fix the bug.
Expected Result:
I expected to be able to recruit the Flaming Fist Mercenary.
Actual Result:
The dialogue option doesn't appear for some of the Flaming Fist Mercenaries. Basically all the Flaming Fist mercenaries that are not fighter classes, aren't recruitable by my character. Please see screenshot below.
