Regarding that "stuck in place and moving thing", i've encountered it multiple times. I have no idea what's causing the issue, but it affects both myself when moving and getting stuck, and seeing other players "get stuck" even though they aren't.From next reset instant speedy messengers and project images will be temporarily disabled as we track an issue down.

The worst offending area is the Reaver Castle; last time I was there, I would get stuck like that every time I transitioned between areas.
When it came to other people, I'd see a PC avatar, but there would be no name floating above their head and they clearly were not there. Sometimes they would be on another map entirely, but a ghost of them would remain. no one else could see it. When they -were- still on the same map, I could clearly hear them talking and moving around, but the active PC was invisible and the stationary ghost was all that I could see.
Relogging fixes the issue, both getting me unstuck and getting the ghosts to disappear. -Makesafe does not get me unstuck.
Steps to reproduce

For getting stuck yourself, just transition between the interior and exterior areas of the Reaver Castle. No idea for the rest of it, as it seems to be at random. It -does- seem more prevelant on the newer tilesets rather than the old ones (Cordor Temple District is the worst PC-Ghost offender so far for me)
