Evangelist Cleric - Missing Shield Proficiency

Description of Bug Experienced:
Evangelist clerics don't get shield proficiencies. The wiki indicates they should.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Make a cleric and select the evangelist path at level three.

Expected Result:
Be able to strap a length of plate to your arm.

Actual Result:
Be embarrassingly un-shielded. Hide from the laughter of paladins.
