A quarter inside a crew house is bugged. Seems the door has no connection to the quarter sign.
The door always display the message the quarter on sale, even when the sign clearly says it is not.
Steps to reproduce

1.- Get inside Sencliff (Cove) Crew House 2.
2.- Head to the south-east quarter
3.- Click on the door of the quarter.
Expected result
-----------------------
Door should not open to anyone except the owner.
Actual result
-------------------
Door opens and says quarter is up for sale, even if the sign states it has an owner and is not available for sale.

Misc Notes
Tried to release the quarter, make another character buy the quarter and still the same issue.
Asked for DM Help and they had the same Issue, requested to post this here.
Side note:
This quarter sofa has a [Sit on floor] which is really funny.
