Really like the ideas of rituals, can it be used for RP flavor?

I liked the idea I read for how rituals will be added and implemented.

For ones that provide outright buffing mechanics, I'd likely leave to folks like those who craft with runes, to go through the FOIG.

I am just hoping to see light or near no buff rituals that add RP flavor if possible.

For example, be super immersive for me as a ranger totem player to have a totem ritual that does something as simple summon a ghostly or inert representation of my totem's avatar at a specific spot that just drops an NPC dialog in -an. Little ritualistic stuff like that could really add a lot of immersion for Wilderness character types.

As I have absolutely no idea what rituals are I can't really provide feedback as to what I'd like to see, but if the above isn't something they do, that would be cool.

Would love to see more flavor things that facilitate RP that people can go along with if they want, and am not so interested in mechanical buffs/bonuses.

This would be amazing, particularly for standard rituals that every culture has, like weddings and funerals.
