Truefrosts can no longer use potions.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
1. Use potion.
Expected result
-----------------------
Spell affect from the potion applied.
Actual result
-------------------
Potion effect does not apply. Combat log receives the "The Path of True Frost rejects other magics."

I tried this with both a player-created Ultravision potion and an NPC-purchased Endurance potion. I have not tested to see if the same thing happens with mundane-labeled items, as I didn't have one on-hand I was willing to risk blowing up.
