Sencliff Feasting Hall fixture limit

The sencliff feasting hall hosts 4 quarters and an entire player owned bar and private backroom and only has a 60 fixture limit, where as almost every other area has twice that, would it be possible to raise the fixture limit for the Sencliff (Feasting Hall)?
