Troll immune magic

Ok this is frustrating, why do trolls have magic immunity? This is beyond dumb, cant even cast an acid cantrip just stuck on a loop trying to kill Shaman trolls. This is a probably you cant kill it at all and some classes dont use weapons obviously. I dont know who's idea were to give the magic that doesnt even allow you to strip their magic protections, but kudos you made a unbeatable annoying enemy that's already annoying in the first place...

They cast ghostly visage (blur is the name of the vanilla potion I think), which makes them immune to level one and lower spells. Which includes cantrips.

I think deep troll shamans cast Ethereal Visage, which makes them immune to Melfs Acid Arrow as well. They can be annoying to deal with as a caster of you don't have the fire elemental with you.

Devs needs to make it cast ghostly visage, I dont understand how you make a game "fun" by putting crap like this in like really?

Very possible, though that still leaves you a bunch of options.

Literally just died....because I spent 30 min trying to kill this damn thing, and yet npc OF THE SAME TYPE spawn. How do you try to progress with stuff like this is overlooked?

This is really an overreaction and disrespectful to call it "crap". There's nothing overlooked here.

If you want to deal with this, then you should carry around things that can dispel/breach. IF you can't kill it, then maybe running away is better than fighting it for 30 minutes.
