Scout the Tundra requires that you scout parts of the Tundra, including the South and West Tundras.
The currier writ tells you to find a hermit somewhere in the Western Tundra.
The problem is that said hermit actually lives within the area that scouting writ considers to be the Southern Tundra. The language can be deeply confusing when you're carrying a load that slows movement, and at a fairly low level. After my exploration writ gave me credit for finding the Western tundra, I walked slowly in circles through a colossal hex looking in vain for the guy.
Is there any way the language can be made less confusing and contradictory?
