Summons not respecting ECL/Spell Focus Feats

Tested with the Cornugon and Gelugon, it seems they do not respect any bonuses from ECL (Am a 29 warlock) and Spell Focus, or Greater Spell Focus: Conjuration, which I have both of.

This was after the summons update was first pushed:

It seems to be just ECL that is not respected. This is a freshly-summoned Cornugon by a level 30 star pact warlock without Spell Focus (Conjuration)



The difference between this and the picture above would be accounted for by the original poster's Spell Focus (Conj) and Greater Spell Focus (Conj)

Furthermore, the Star Pact-specific warlock skin is no longer applied to tier 6 Eldritch Summons

As an addendum, all of this behavior was previously only exhibited after you switched server while you had your summon out and the creature was 're-summoned' on the new server, but now it happens all the time, even with freshly-summoned creatures.

As discussed on Discord, this appears to be caused by Eldritch Summon being a feat rather than an actual spell. A temporary fix is to cast a spell before using Eldritch Summon
