Weapon proficiency feats obtained from thin air.

Description of Bug Experienced:
I've noticed for the last week that I gained weapon proficiency feats that I never picked. They seem to change randomly depending on what weapons I equip. Mechanically speaking I don't actually have the proficiency, any weapon I equip that I am "proficient" with still gives me -8AB and a yellow text message about it. Aside from simple, martial, and exotic which I picked.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:

As I said above I can change which ones appear in my list depending on what weapon I wield. It seems random to me or is a pattern that I don't recognize.

Expected Result:
Not having a bunch of weapon proficiencies?

Actual Result:
Having a bunch of weapon proficiencies.

if you hand-picked exotic prof then you automatically gain a lot of those feats.

If you haven't picked exotic prof or have cavalier or monk class or is an avariel, troglodyte, goblin, kobold race, then some of these shouldn't be up there.
