Roguish Classes Don't have Thieves Cant?
Is there any particular reasons why Rogue classes (Assassin, Harper Scout, Invisible Blade, Shadowdancer and Zhentarim Operative) don't get Thieves Cant? Or atleast have some kind of level scaling for counting as Rogues for the purpose of getting Thieves Cant? Like every 4-6 Levels counts as Rogue Levels for the purpose of qualifying towards the 7 Rogue Levels required?
Alot of the builds for each of the above classes take a solid chunk of Rogue levels anyways, so at the very least it would just be obsolete, and a high enough scaling would prevent everyone on the server getting it.
Anything else I'm missing? Or if this topic has been covered before I'm sorry!

I know originally Thieves' Cant was gained at rogue 1 making it near useless pre-Lore/UMD changes as like every 3rd PC had access to it due to common multiclass choices making it worthless for anything somewhat secret.
I'm not saying those are bad choices, but I do think it's more helpful for a few less to have access to it than a few too many.
