Guild housing.
I run a guild with over 10 members and I find it is quite hard to house a guild on Arelith:
A lot of guild houses are made for a certain type of RP and characters:
-Temple of Bane
-Iron Citadel
-Cordor barracks
And so on.
A few other "guild houses" are tied to settlements:
-Castle gloom
-Darrowdeep
This leaves a few guild houses left.
I would really like to see more guild houses and if see both castles untied.
Also a strict policy on them that they are used as guild house.

Re: Guild housing.
Like smaller guild house in tarvens or wild? I think that would work nicely...I do not mind having guild houses that have no quarters (all they have, is a simple headquarter). Would be great for tiny factions to function. Thou I think you can use simple quarter to do that.
Still sad the rooms on top of crows nest and westcliff is no longer there...and for cricket cave...4 room for that large map, hm.

Re: Guild housing.
Separating castles from settlements sounds fun to me. A way for conflict and change depending on who winds the bid. As it stands the castles are just an extension of whatever settlement holds them and not used often for anything other then hosting parties.
Re: Guild housing.
If UDer could also bid on the castles they could be very exciting.

Re: Guild housing.
I'm a bit confused by this thread. If guldhouses are hard to populate, then the answer is *more* guildhouses?

Not more guildhouses, but a better use of what there is. Right now so many are restricted by purpose. Like the Bane guildhouse or those that are bid on by settlements.AstralUniverse wrote: ↑Thu Aug 11, 2022 8:36 amI'm a bit confused by this thread. Re: Guild housing.
The OP is saying it is hard to find space to house a guild, not that it is hard to find people to populate one.AstralUniverse wrote: ↑Thu Aug 11, 2022 8:36 amI'm a bit confused by this thread. If guldhouses are hard to populate, then the answer is *more* guildhouses?

My bad. Thanks for the clarification.
