Cannot make Wands of Water Breathing.

Cannot make Wands of Water Breathing.
When attempting to make a wand with the waterbreathing spell, I get the message that this spell cannot be put into a wand. It is however a 3rd level spell, so should be wandable.

It's an intended exception, there are a few spells which can't be wanded, including Water Breathing and Sustenance.
