Radiant Heart Quest - Of Vampires and Self-Styled Queens

I am unsure if it is because of the Undead changes, but I have recently done this quest with a friend, both of us had the quest and we succeded at all tasks, and all but last step of slaying Moradel has been ticked off.

Writ's task was ticked off, but not RH quest. We tried again and it still did not tick.

I assume it might be undead change in fault here, Moradel I think is new type of Vampire now.

I had the the same thing happen yesterday with the RH quest to slay Morghun. Came back after a server restart and it worked then.
