Appearance Editor not showing up as rest menu option

On more than one of my characters, when I try to access the new Appearance Editor, it does not show up as an option for me. It displays all the other options for the Modify Armour option sans the Open/Refresh Appearance Editor option. The first option is the traditional ‘Modify Body’ option. Scrolling through the rest of the list until the end does not have the Open/Refresh Appearance option.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------

I open the rest menu and follow the directions as posted by Hoodoo. I select Appearance, Modify Armour, then try to Open/Refresh Appearance Editor.

Expected result
-----------------------
Have the new GUI to modify the Appearance Editor to appear as a selectable option.

Actual result
-------------------
No selection is available at all, just shows the previous menu with ‘Modify Body’ as the first option.

Does NUI work with mobile platforms? In the code we turn off the new appearance menu if you're on a console, but I included mobile devices in that check. If I was mistaken then we can fix this! Other systems powered by NUI, if you have any experience with them: tattoos, ship sailing map, the chat command -nui item.

Yes I believe it does work on mobile.

The examples you have provided plus other situations do appear for me when using features that use NUI.

On my Spellsword I can access the rest menu option to see what spells I have not learned on it. I can also see the new Focus Bar feature for my Elementalist. I can also access the Tattoo feature when using the Tartoo artist on Skaljard with other characters.
