Great Oak quarters and Transition Delay

The Great Oak quarters have an unusual feature in that their exit is an open doorway. There is no door to open or close; if someone knocks on your door you have to pass through to the Great Oak to let them in, then pass back.

I know at one point this was intentional, but now that we've instituted transition delay, this makes it very easy for a quarterbreaker to slip in while the resident is loading into the Great Oak map, and the resident has to wait several seconds before they can go back in their quarter. Furthermore, a quarterbreaker can slip back out of the room without having to interact with a door.

It would make a lot more sense - physically, and from a fairness perspective - residents were able to open the doors from the inside without having to pass through.
