Lesser druidic sequencer not AoE (GHOSTS)

The lesser druidic sequencer appears to cast as single-target, not AoE when used on one of the two Ghosts from Dirge of Awakening (at level 5 Dirgesinger). Not tested on other summons yet.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Cast Dirge of Awakening as a Level 5 Dirgesinger using the Ghost stream. Cast the lesser druidic sequencer on either the Spectral Warrior or the Ghost.

Expected result
-----------------------
Both summons (Spectral Warrior and Ghost) get the buff.

Actual result
-------------------
Only the targetted summon gets the buff.

Misc Notes
----------------
The buff works on either summons individually. It is also possible to use two charges from the sequencer to get the buff on both.

They are supposed to be single Target, no Sequencer functions in an AoE fashion. Working as intended.
