Protection from Elements - Not in Elementalist Spell List

The Arelith Wiki page mentions that Protection from Elements is available as a 3rd circle spell to Elementalists. However, it does not seem to be available in-game. Sending in this report to validate whether this is intended or not.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Go through spell selection screen upon level-up.

Expected result
-----------------------
Protection from Elements present as a 3rd circle spell option.

Actual result
-------------------
Protection from Elements isn't currently present.
