I have a faction in which I am the owner/creator of it that I share with a friend. We created it days ago. For the first few days, it worked exactly as expected. We put shared gold into it, withdrew gold. Everything was exactly as expected.
Yesterday this ceased to be. Neither of us can see the faction (or any actions) at a banker. Any banker (we've tried on surface, cities and planes and guldorand servers). If this is a known bug, how do we fix it? If it isn't, what info more can I give to help the debugging process?
Edit: To be clear, when I type -factions I can see the faction just fine, manage it etc. It is only the banker that is an issue.

I am not sure if this will help but the faction might not load because you click on it too fast. When you click on the banker, wait like 5 seconds before going to the factions tab and see if it loads.
