Cannot Interact With Benwick Flooded Cavern

In simplest terms, the title describes the problem.

Steps to Reproduce:

Interact with point in flooded cavern in "Arelith Forest (Lake Benwick) Cave" that leads to portal

Expected Result:

Dialogue box pops up regardless of buff to pass through

Actual Result:

Nothing. Seems to be a pathing error

Did you make sure to take a water breathing potion or spell before clicking?

I can confirm this is not working, even whilst having Water Breathing active.

For some time after release it worked as intended (Dialogue popping up, even if not having Water Breathing) now there's no dialogue popping up at all.

The new Bugbear writ area had a similar issue recently where the problem was a missing Dialogue File, having dissappeared without a trace. It could be a similar issue here

Went there today. Can also confirm that I received no dialog to enter the flooded caverns, both with and without water breathing active, and at both the cave near the lake and the room with the portal to the Last Bastion.

Can confirm for aquatic character (feat) also not working.
