For creatures of: Companion/Familiar/Empathy/Summon

Post by The Kriv »

For creatures of Companion/Familiar/Empathy/Summon that have abilities like a fear howl or some such.

Is there a way to make these a cooldown?

I can't tell you how often my ranger PC successfully empathies a powerful animal with a pretty cool fear-howl... that instantly gets blown on the first rabid wolverine I come across, and that animal does not have access to that ability again until AFTER a rest.

And its worse for every other class, since other than familiar/Animal Companions, everything else despawns at rest... meaning that creature's ability is wasted long before it can be made use of in some practical fashion.

This is an interesting suggestion, and I've been frustrated by this with my wolf in the past.

Approved for a cooldown (if possible)
