Hallowed Rest not removing Unhallowed Effect

Description of Bug Experienced:
The temple in Greyport is currently Unhallowed.

We've conducted a Hallowing ritual, to try to break it, several times, without any change, despite getting messages of success.

This seems like a bug; surely Hallow cancels Unhallow?


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Go to an unhallowed location, and complete a hallowing ritual

Expected Result:
Location is no longer unhallowed

Actual Result:
Location is still unhallowed

And yet, after this, it was still unhallowed.

I think it depends on the ritual's power. If an area is affected by a stronger unhallow ritual, the hallowed rest won't change anything.

We've done this ritual 3 times and the Unhallowed has been around for literally multiple months and isn't going away. It's getting to the point it's rather frustrating to attempt to try to fix the Temple.

There's no indication at all for what we're missing, we had 4 level 30 caster all whom passed every single check without any issue. I physically have no idea what we could have done better, and yet there is no ingame feedback on what went wrong or what we can do to make our ritual stronger.

This is very frustrating seeing how the unhallow literally will not go away and does not fit in for the temple theme in the sightest, but even after trying 3 times to clear the unhallow nothing is working, and that just seems a little crazy to me. These favors aren't exactly easy to get ahold of.

The Ritual in question was not Unhallow but Tasha's Blightful Presence. That being said its lasting way longer than it should and the timestamp is busted. Will look into it.
