Bard Unable to cast Level 4 songs

Level 10 Bard with 16 CHA (hard stat)

Expected result: Upon resting able to cast level 4 spells
Result: Knows the spells cannot cast them.

I re leveled and still have the spells, but still cannot cast them.

You'll see that although you unlock level 4 spells at level 10, you do not gain any spellslots automatically. You would need to get a spellslot from your charisma bonus.

You'll need 18 charisma (either soft or hard).

Thank you for the information. I was wondering if I was doing something wrong. Ended up relveling. Scratching my head did checked the wiki and it confirmed what you said. Thank you for taking your time out to explain (as well as in my other thread)
