Paladin's oath of perseverance is the only path that gets a sort-of useless bonus feat (extend spell) whereas all other paths get a must-have feat. Given that paladins are feat starved, this is quite a drawback.
I'd consider changing the free feat from Extend Spell to Improved Expertise (if it's an issue of the overlap with other path, it could also be Improved Critical, Armor Skin, ESF Discipline or Toughness).
