Hi.
My suggestion is to have planar conduit expand to include fiends as an option, and that it should be unlocked and streamlined with the other planar spells, using alignment divergence and streams.
Planar Conduit is at the moment one of the strongest spells in the game, and is a must take on any caster/summoner, unless you are taking mummy dust. My problem with this is that Planar Conduit doesn't support fiends, forcing any evil fiend summoning cultist type character to pick between three, in my opinion, immersion breaking alternatives, mummy dust, slaads or ants. We have the option to choose fiends for lesser planar binding, planar binding, planar ally, greater planar binding and even gate, and to me it seems arbitrary that planar conduit is excluded from this. Due to how strong these two spells are, you are really limiting yourself if you don't use them, which means if you want to play a demonologist or something similar, you have to submit to the fact that post lvl 21 you aren't going to be summoning any demons, except for when you use gate (which due to the short time window isn't great for PvE) because using any other planar binding spell would be a significant downgrade.
I understand planar conduit was originally added as a non-evil alternative to mummy dust, giving good and neutral PCs an alternative they could pick without ruining their character. This should in my opinion be extended to evil characters who does not want to also be necromancers/animators, or use planar summons who don't fit with their concept.
The issue i can see with the current implementation of planar conduit is that planar conduit isn't based on alignment divergence and streams like all the other planar spells, meaning an evil wizard (who's neither an animator or a fiend binder/consorter/summoner) would be forced to summon fiends (which creates the exact issue of being forced to summon something not fitting with your character that this is trying to solve)
Therefore planar conduit should be altered to support alignment divergence and streams, streamlining it with all the other planar spells.

Re: Expanding Planar Conduit
Generally, I think it'd make sense for the spell to be streamlined with other spells' alignment mechanics.
However, it would be hard to balance without a more extensive stream rework, as the fiendish tier 5 and 6 streams have been designed for blackguards and warlocks, who can only summon one such creature at a time.
I'm going to approve this with the caveat that the evil streams shouldn't outperform the good and neutral ones. This may involve moving the current evil tier 6 summons to a new 7th tier and designing new, more appropriate summons.
