Clairaudience/Clairvoyance not working

Description:

As the title of the topic says, when casted Clairaudience/Clairvoyance, there is a pop out saying that the effect is already working, and the desired effect of the spell not happening


Steps to reproduce:

Rest (thus there is no ward interfering with the spell), cast the spell, message pops out, nothing happens.


Expected result:

An increase in 10 Spot/Listen at the self target, plus a vfx of pretty purple eyes over the target as well.


Actual result:

Message pops out, and nothing happens
