Arcane Archer Imbue Arrow Elemental Stream

Simple as the title!

Give Arcane Archer a little bit of damage-type flexibility by allowing the "fireball" effect to use the elemental damage type depending on what stream you've chosen. Acid for earth, electric for air, fire for fire, etc etc.
