Fungal Spore Maze Again

Description

The Bas-Relief face placable is unreachable again. At least, for the first face you encounter immediately after the upper derro caves.

I do not remember the right way through the whole maze and didn't run into the others, but it might not hurt to check to ensure they're reachable again

Its been bugged for months, just ask around for a key.

Yeah this has been broken for months and asking around for a key isn't the solution. It's a hike to get there at low levels only to find you have to turn around and back out because it's broken. Heaven help a newbie who doesn't know this is an issue and tries to figure it out on their own because they assumed a writ is going to work.

Maybe the temple door can just be left unlocked until this is fixed?

There was a similar problem with haunted falls for irl years, just leave a signboard out warning newbies from the writ or hand keys out if peeps really want to run the writ

Sure, putting up a sign would be a useful placeholder but having to ask around for keys isn’t the solution. If you don’t have connections yet on your level 5 and don’t want to use Discord to ask for help getting that key could take forever.

Haunted Falls was fixed by disabling the doors/levers that were a problem. This is a very similar situation, if it’s too much trouble to fix the heads then the door to the temple could just be unlocked so you can do that writ. You still have to fight a mildly tough boss and it’s a long trek so it’s not a freebie.

That fix for haunted falls took years to actually get done, just trying to keep expectations closer to reality here.
