Spell fixture destruction

Currently a few spells, namely chain lightning and call lightning (and possibly some others) will indiscriminately bounce around and wipe out as many fixtures as they can target. This makes them pretty challenging to use for their intended purposes as they're often wiping out things they probably shouldn't.

Namely, player fixtures, untargetable module walls, untargetable module VFX and treasure chests.

I'd like to recommend that these spells have their ability to target fixtures removed, if not to prevent potential exploits with current and future maps but to prevent players from accidentally bashing entire camps of fixtures.
